Hotel management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been entrusted with the management of the Well House Hamilton, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, after a significant $16m renovation.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts was selected by Vision Realty Group in partnership with Ashley Builders Group.
The historic hotel opened in 1927 in Ohio, US, and was later repurposed as an apartment building, prior to the latest renovation.
Well House Hamilton's guest rooms and suites are equipped with flat-screen HDTVs, work desks, coffeemakers, and in-room safes.
The property's amenities include a boardroom and the multi-use Bourbon Room for events, and The Lucky Well Irish Pub and Kitchen, which provides both indoor and outdoor dining options.
The hotel’s lobby features commissioned artwork from Inspiration Studios, a local non-profit organisation.
It is situated within proximity to two airports, 55 miles from James M Cox International Airport, Dayton and 44 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Earlier this year, Crestline broadened its management portfolio with the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in New Orleans' French Quarter.
