Davidson Hospitality Group has been appointed by Lennox Capital Partners to oversee operations of two hotels, The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Dallas, Texas; and The Westin St Louis in Missouri, US.

This move signifies an expansion of Davidson's management portfolio in key US markets.

The Highland Dallas, a 204-room lifestyle hotel features 11,420ft² of meeting and event space, The Spa at The Highland, and Knife, a steakhouse led by James Beard-nominated Chef John Tesar.

A $13m renovation is on the horizon for The Highland Dallas, which will enhance its public areas and guest rooms.

The Westin St Louis offers 263 loft-style rooms and suites in the downtown business district. Guests can opt for amenities such as the Clark Street Taphouse and Grill, The WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, and a 20,864ft² of event space.

Davidson Hospitality Group CEO and president Thom Geshay said: "We look forward to enacting what we do best by creating value for our owners, delivering unparalleled operational support and exceptional guest experiences at scale, bolstering the operating efficiency and financial success of each property."

Lennox Capital Partners co-founder and principal Pat Lowery said: "There is a real synergy and alignment between our firm and Davidson in terms of our disciplined and robust approach to success.

“Through our hands-on collaboration, we are excited for the extended team to serve as new stewards, leveraging their expertise to infuse genuine heartfelt hospitality and position these two hotels for long-term asset value growth."

In August, Davidson Hospitality Group was selected as the operator of two interconnected resorts in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands, thereby increasing its Caribbean presence.

These resorts include The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef and Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach at Frenchman’s Reef, Autograph Collection.
