UAE-based Dex Squared Hospitality has been awarded a contract to develop and operate the World Heart Hotel Brand, which will be Baghdad's first five-star luxury hotel.

This move is set to transform Iraq's hospitality sector and marks a significant expansion of Dex Squared's regional presence.

The World Heart Hotel will feature 320 rooms, including 285 hotel rooms, 35 upscale suites, and 54 luxury apartments.

The involvement of Dex Squared Hospitality in this project is a testament to the company's expertise and growing influence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The company’s portfolio encompasses hotel and restaurant management, brand development, asset optimisation, and a range of consultancy services.

Dex Squared Hospitality's experience in major MENA cities such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo enables it to cater to diverse market needs.

The World Heart Hotel, a multi-million-dollar development, is strategically located in Baghdad with views of the Tigris River.

The hotel will feature a convention palace with a 240-seat auditorium, two ballrooms, and numerous meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, guests will have access to various dining options and a 150-unit mall hosting international brands.
