United Arab Emirates, Dubai-based hotel management company The First Group Hospitality is set to roll out Inntelo AI platform across its hotel portfolio to improve guest experience and operations.
The roll out follows the initial deployment of the Inntelo AI system at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai.
The Inntelo AI will also be implemented at Ciel Dubai Marina – Vignette Collection by IHG, which is scheduled to open as the world’s tallest hotel, as per a release posted on Zawya.
The First Group Hospitality Hotel Operations senior vice president Tom Stevens said: “The First Group has always been at the forefront of innovation, carefully evaluating and implementing the latest solutions; having worked with Inntelo AI over recent months, we are incredibly excited and ambitious about how this cutting-edge AI technology sets us apart in the hotel management field.”
Under the partnership, guests will be able to use the Inntelo AI platform to manage requests and access services throughout their stay.
The system enables guests to order amenities, arrange for room service, reserve tables at restaurants, and book local activities directly from their mobile devices.
The platform also supports multiple communication methods, including phone calls, voice commands, and WhatsApp in more than 40 languages, to facilitate interaction between guests and hotel staff.
The collaboration forms part of The First Group Hospitality’s plan to implement AI across its business processes.
The company currently uses AI in areas such as revenue management, rate setting, restaurant booking, monitoring of customer satisfaction, and workforce scheduling.
The partnership aims to integrate guest-facing AI tools with operational data to assist decision-making and improve service delivery.
