A partnership between hospitality company Four Seasons and real estate developer RAK Properties has revealed plans for a luxury resort and private residences in the master-planned waterfront destination of Mina, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will offer around 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, alongside 130 private residences.

Conceived as a two-island escape, Mina offers 18km of waterfront and private beaches, with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Hajar mountain range.

The new resort and residences will provide guests and residents with sea views and marina access, as well as amenities such as spas and waterfront dining options.

The property, situated near Mina's leisure attractions such as the Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard, will be accessible within an hour from Dubai International Airport and 30 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.

Killa Design is leading the concept masterplan design for the new Four Seasons at Mina.

Four Seasons Resort Ras Al Khaimah will feature facilities that include wellness centres with ten treatment rooms, a beauty salon, pools, sports courts, and a fitness centre.

The resort will also cater to children and young adults with dedicated spaces and offer a ballroom and event areas.

Guests and residents will enjoy secluded beaches and a dedicated marina for private boat arrivals.

The Four Seasons Private Residences Ras Al Khaimah will offer villas with four to six bedrooms and apartments from two to five bedrooms.

Managed by Four Seasons staff and led by an experienced director of residences, homeowners will have the option to participate in a voluntary rental programme.
