Galaxy Macau, in collaboration with French hospitality company Accor, has revealed the first look of its first Raffles branded property in Macau.

The soft opening of the new Raffles at Galaxy Macau is scheduled on 16 August 2023, while the opening of the remaining signature restaurants, a bar and a spa is expected by the end of 2023.

The new hotel is part of Galaxy Macau, a HK$43bn ($5.49bn) luxury integrated resort.

It is located on the resort's east promenade and features a glass airbridge which connects the hotel’s two towers on every floor.

Raffles at Galaxy Macau will feature 450 luxury suites ranging in size from 78m² to 228m², some with private, heated pools and gardens and many of the unique loft suites with double-storey windows.

It also includes a Mediterranean-inspired pool terrace and garden elevated over the resort’s 75,000m² Grand Resort Deck and the lobby.

Guests can enjoy food and beverages at two restaurants: Raffles Lounge and Terrace and Belvedere on the hotel’s sixth floor.

Raffles at Galaxy Macau will be the latest hotel in the Raffles branded portfolio, which consists of 18 distinctive and ultra-luxurious Raffles hotels at locations such as Shenzhen and Hainan in China, London, the Maldives, Dubai, Singapore, Paris, Istanbul, Boston, Doha, Warsaw, Jakarta, Seychelles and Udaipur.

Galaxy Macau will cover over one million square metres of entertainment and leisure attractions. It will also include Banyan Tree Macau, Galaxy Hotel, Hotel Okura Macau, JW Marriott Hotel Macau, the Ritz-Carlton, Macau and Broadway Hotel.
