IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened a dual-branded property in Florida, combining EVEN Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd by IHG and Staybridge Suites Orlando Universal Blvd by IHG.
Located near Universal Orlando Resort and the Orange County Convention Center, the hotel targets both leisure and business travellers visiting Orlando.
The property was developed in partnership with Daiwa House Group.
The dual-branded hotel offers 288 guest rooms. It also includes a 1,500ft2 Athletic Studio, a 24-hour marketplace, a game room, an outdoor pool, guest laundry facilities, storage units for extended-stay guests, and a courtyard with BBQ grills and pet walking areas.

The EVEN Hotel side includes 120 guest rooms. IHG pointed to in-room features such as “premium bedding, cooling linens and spa-like showers”. Food and beverage options range from coffee and breakfast items to evening cocktails and dinner at EVEN Kitchen & Bar. The hotel also offers daily programming, including an evening tea service, along with spaces designed for relaxation.
Staybridge Suites Orlando Universal Blvd by IHG comprises 168 guest rooms, with studio and one-bedroom suite options.
Suites include fully equipped kitchens and separate living spaces, with king and two-queen configurations available. The brand also offers a complimentary daily breakfast buffet. On select evenings, guests can attend the Staybridge Suites Social, which includes light bites, beer and wine.
Guests can also use outdoor gathering areas with fire pits and grilling facilities. Staybridge Suites guests can purchase menu items at EVEN Kitchen & Bar.
The property is positioned to serve families visiting theme parks and business travellers attending events at the Orange County Convention Center.
