ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui in Uttarakhand, India.

This marks the second Welcomhotel signing in Dehradun.

Featuring 117 guest rooms and suites, the hotel will have an all-day restaurant, a rooftop speciality outlet and a lounge bar.

Located in Dehradun's Selaqui area, the property is being designed to serve business events and social gatherings.

It will offer more than 20,000ft² of indoor banquet facilities, along with 25,000ft² of landscaped lawns for outdoor functions.

ITC Hotels managing director Anil Chadha said: "Welcomhotel celebrates the spirit of every destination through authentic experiences inspired by local culture expressed with the warmth and excellence that define ITC Hotels.

Once operational, Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui will add to ITC Hotels’ footprint in Uttarakhand, alongside the recently opened Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Madhuban Dehradun.
