Lemon Tree Hotels to launch new property in Dehradun, India

Amenities at the property includes a restaurant, lounge, conference room, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new 98-room property in Mohkampur, Dehradun, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

The hotel chain’s fully owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, will manage the upcoming hotel, as reported by The Economic Times.

Amenities at the property include a restaurant, lounge, conference room, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar stated: "We are delighted to further enhance our footprint in Uttarakhand, where we currently operate eight hotels and have eight more upcoming ones."

The hotel will be located within the Mall of Dehradun, offering direct access to shopping, dining and entertainment options.

It will be positioned around 9km from the Dehradun railway station and 18km from Jolly Grant Airport.

Lemon Tree Hotels runs hotels across upscale, upper-midscale, midscale and economy segments, with brands such as Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Select, and Keys Lite.

Lemon Tree Hotels has a presence across India's metropolitan regions, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. It also operates in numerous Tier I, II, and III cities across the country. 

In April, the company signed two new properties in West Bengal, India.

These are Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Darjeeling and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Siliguri, due to open in fiscal years 2026 and 2029, respectively. 

In the same month, the company also signed a new 66-room property in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
