Indian hospitality group Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Kharar, Punjab.

Franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels, the property will feature 47 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, fitness centre, swimming pool, spa, and other amenities.

The site is located approximately 26km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, and around 28km from Chandigarh Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Hotels said it is well-connected by road, providing access to both public and private transport options.

Situated in the urban region of Punjab, Kharar is part of the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district. A growing business and cultural hub, it offers numerous tourist attractions to cater to diverse travel interests.

Last month, Lemon Tree Hotels expanded its presence in Gujarat while marking the group's ninth hotel in the region with a new property in Jamnagar.

The first phase of the hotel is operational, featuring 52 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a fitness centre, and conferencing facilities.
