US-based extended-stay hotel brand LivAway Suites and real estate investment company West77 Partners have initiated the construction of the latest LivAway Suites extended-stay hotel in Glendale, Arizona, US.

This marks the brand's second venture in the state, signifying its strategic expansion in the southwestern US.

The upcoming hotel benefits from its proximity to major healthcare facilities such as Banner Boswell and St Joseph's Westgate medical centres, so it is expected to become a preferred accommodation for medical professionals and visiting patients.

Furthermore, its closeness to large industrial entities such as Conair offers a convenient stay for corporate travellers.

LivAway Suites chief operating officer Kevin Dailey said: "At LivAway Suites, our mission is to positively transform guest expectations and the guest experience at an affordable extended-stay hotel.

The presence of State Farm Stadium just two miles away adds to the location's appeal, offering a comfortable stay for visitors attending events at the venue.

Beyond Glendale, LivAway Suites and West77 Partners are actively constructing another hotel in Tolleson and have plans to begin work on an additional four properties across Arizona this year.

As part of a nationwide expansion strategy, the companies initiated their expansion with the ground-breaking of its first Texas location in December 2024. In addition, LivAway Suites opened its fourth establishment in Missoula, Montana, US, in November.
