Marriott Bonvoy's brand has made its debut in Brazil with W São Paulo and W Residences São Paulo, a new addition to its portfolio of over 30 hotel brands.

Situated in a skyscraper in São Paulo's southern business district, the hotel offers views of the Pinheiros River and city skyline.

W Hotels senior vice president and global brand leader George Fleck said: “This opening is a testament to the brand’s commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences that push boundaries while simultaneously celebrating the essence of the destination."

Starting from the 25th floor of the building, W São Paulo boasts 179 hotel rooms that include 16 suites offering city centre views.

The hotel features the AWAY Spa, FIT gym, and WET Deck with an outdoor pool. It also houses two restaurants, three bars, and five event spaces, encompassing the 400m² Great Room.

W São Paulo general manager Idu Ribeiro said: “We are committed to curating innovative experiences that align with the pulse of the city, seamlessly integrating local culture, music, gastronomy, and wellness into our offerings. All of this is complemented by our signature 'Whatever/Whenever' service, which remains a hallmark of W Hotels.”

The AWAY Spa on the 39th floor features treatments with Brazilian ingredients, inspired by the country's biomes.

It offers a range of natural amenities and includes three luxurious treatment rooms. FIT gym is equipped with TechnoGym equipment for a variety of workouts.

The property also includes 216 W Residences, ranging from 53m² to 102m², with amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, saunas, a relaxation area, a gym, co-working space, and an event hall.
