Global hospitality group Marriott International has launched its 200th hotel in India with the opening of its luxury hotel brand Westin Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur’s Kant Kalwar area.
The newly opened The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa increases Marriott’s footprint in the country and marks the introduction of the brand to Jaipur.
Situated at the base of the Aravali hills, the resort occupies nine acres and features 135 rooms, which include guestrooms, suites, and private villas comprising private garden areas and plunge pools.
The hotel’s facilities include a fitness centre that operates around the clock and is equipped with Technogym machines, jogging tracks, and spaces for cricket, pickleball, badminton, and basketball.
Guests can access wellness services at Heavenly Spa by Westin, where treatments are available in five dedicated rooms.
Dining options comprise four venues: Harvest, an all-day restaurant; Ira serving modern interpretations of Rajasthani dishes; Haven Bar & Coffee Lounge; and a Pool Bar.
Flexible spaces are available for corporate functions and social events, including ballrooms and lawns suitable for gatherings such as weddings.
Family services are offered through a dedicated kids’ club with activities for children.

The opening forms part of Marriott International’s broader strategy in India, where it currently operates properties under 18 brands.
Marriott reports a pipeline of close to 150 hotels planned across established cities and developing destinations within the country.
