Hospitality technology company Mews has established a new commercial centre in Dallas, Texas, to support the company’s growing operations in the US.

The facility will accommodate part of Mews’ inside sales workforce, including sales and business development representatives, and other sales personnel.

Mews’ decision to establish the Dallas office aligns with efforts to develop a pipeline of early-career sales employees.

Although Mews operates primarily as a remote-first company, staff assigned to the Dallas office will work onsite three days a week.

The arrangement is intended to facilitate in-person coaching, collaboration, and training for new team members.

Mews president Michael Coscetta said: “For the first time in years, we’re creating an in-office presence in Dallas to anchor a truly cohesive sales organisation. This is a major step in our US expansion, and I couldn’t be more excited to invest in growing our sales talent here.”

The Mews Dallas hub will concentrate on recruiting from local talent pools.

The approach reflects input from candidates who have shown a preference for hybrid work arrangements at the beginning of their careers.

Coscetta added: “The Dallas hub is all about creating the right environment where early-career sales professionals get the coaching and collaboration they need to build long, successful careers.”

Mews selected Dallas following a period of significant technology sector growth in Texas.

The state has experienced a favourable environment for business due to its regulatory and tax policies, said the company.

According to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, technology roles in the region have grown at an annual average rate of 4.7% over the last ten years. This growth surpasses the general job growth rate of 2.1%.

Mews recently purchased UK company Flexkeeping to provide its clients with housekeeping automation solutions.

The company’s hospitality cloud is intended to support hotel operations, manage guest interactions, and assist businesses in the hospitality sector with their processes.

In September 2025, Mews partnered with US-based Ash Hotels to implement its property management system across the hotel group’s portfolio.
