Minor Hotels’ upper-upscale hotel brand NH Collection Hotels & Resorts has opened its first location in Paris near the Champs-Élysées in the 8th arrondissement.
NH Collection Paris Ponthieu Champs-Élysées occupies a building constructed in 1910, with its original Haussmannian façade retained.
While maintaining its early 20th-century façade, the building underwent extensive internal renovations prior to reopening under the NH Collection brand.
Updates include redesigned guest rooms and suites that retain select architectural elements from its original construction while incorporating modern layouts.
The décor includes black-and-white photography depicting prominent figures from 1950s and 1960s culture, reflecting the influence of Paris on global fashion during that period.
Guests can book from among several room types, with each suite offering different configurations but following a consistent design approach.
The hotel’s F&B operations centre around L’Angle des Champs restaurant.
The venue serves a menu comprising French dishes alongside Spanish tapas, a format that draws on both regional influences.
The offering includes adaptations of traditional Parisian recipes, as well as Spanish specialities.
The NH Collection Paris Ponthieu Champs-Élysées property is positioned near several major landmarks, including the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Grand Palais, and the Élysée Palace.
Its location places it adjacent to fashion destinations such as Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V, as well as art galleries.
With this opening, NH Collection Hotels & Resorts extends its European portfolio to include central Paris.
Last month, Minor Hotels revealed plans to reopen Reethi Beach Resort in the Maldives under the NH Collection brand in December 2025. The property is nearing completion of a six-month renovation programme.
