Hyatt Hotels has opened Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga Downtown, introducing the brand’s first property in Chattanooga, Tennessee, US.

Situated in the Southside District, the hotel is operated by LBA Hospitality and was developed by 3H Group.

The property becomes the second Caption by Hyatt hotel in the US, joining the Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville. It also adds to a growing global footprint with locations in Shanghai, China; Tokyo and Osaka, Japan; and Central Sydney, Australia.

Guests have access to nearby arts venues, restaurants, outdoor activities and the Tennessee River waterfront.

The hotel offers various dining options and 123 guest rooms, each equipped with flexible seating, plush bedding, smart storage options and 55in HDTVs featuring Chromecast.

Event spaces include a first-floor boardroom for small groups and a top-floor venue accommodating about 75 guests. It is suitable for conferences or banquets.

On-site valet parking is available for guests. The hotel is located about 15 minutes by car from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport and offers easy access to public transport and major highways.

Earlier this year, Hyatt Hotels opened the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve, adding a new property to its portfolio in Portugal.
