New Hotel Collection implements Shiji Daylight PMS across portfolio

The platform allowed the hotel group to consolidate its reservation processes and standardise reporting for four properties.

Boutique hotel group New Hotel Collection has partnered with Shiji to roll out the latter’s property management system, Daylight PMS, across its portfolio.

The company replaced its previous legacy systems after identifying challenges in synchronising operations across multiple locations.

Shiji Americas senior vice-president Ryan King said: “We are thrilled to partner with New Hotel Collection as they enhance their property management capabilities. Their forward-thinking approach in choosing an enterprise-level platform reflects their dedication to optimising operations and delivering exceptional guest service. With Daylight PMS, New Hotel Collection consolidated its reservation processes and standardised reporting for four properties.

The system also integrated guest profiles and allowed the company to add new properties to the platform as needed.

According to Shiji, the hotel group’s staff now use a single system across all locations.

With centralised operations and unified reporting, New Hotel Collection reports improved data-driven decision making and a consistent experience for guests across all hotels, stated Shiji.

Shiji recently revealed plans to partner with travel technology company Amadeus to provide a more end-to-end solution for the hospitality sector.
