Hospitality management company PM Hotel Group has been chosen to manage three hotels in the Greater Washington DC area.
The properties comprise Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport, Hotel Arboretum, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington, DC/New York Avenue.
These new additions further expand the company's portfolio of 86 hotels across 22 states.

Situated in the Dulles Tech Corridor, the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport boasts 324 guest rooms and more than 10,800ft² of event space.
This property is equipped with complimentary parking, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and a fitness centre.
Guests can also avail food and beverages at Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar and benefit from a complimentary shuttle service to Dulles International Airport and the metro.
Hotel Arboretum features meeting rooms, a fitness centre, and an indoor pool.
The hotel enhances guest convenience with a complimentary shuttle to the National WWII Memorial and is a short distance from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington, DC/New York Avenue has recently been refurbished and boasts 126 guest rooms and suites, each furnished with workspaces and flat-screen televisions.
The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast and a fitness centre for guests.
Its prime location in Northeast DC allows access to nearby attractions and transport links, including Reagan and Dulles Airports, the Metro, and landmarks such as the Smithsonian museums, National Mall, and Capitol Hill.
