UK-based RBH Hospitality Management is set to operate the Ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile hotel, increasing its operational footprint in the city and furthering its collaboration with Accor.

The new arrangement also signals the beginning of a collaboration with hotel investor Legal & General.

It is said to mark a significant development for RBH as it heads into 2026, supporting the company’s ongoing plans to grow its portfolio.

Situated on the Royal Mile, Ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile features 99 rooms and an on-site bar and restaurant.

This addition brings RBH’s total number of Ibis brand family properties to six, comprising three Ibis and three Ibis Styles hotels.

It also adds to RBH’s presence in Edinburgh, following the recent inclusion of The Edinburgh Grand, a Luxury Collection; Old Town Chambers Autograph Collection; and Abbey Strand Apartments to the company’s local portfolio in July 2025.

RBH CEO David Hart said: “This signing underscores the strong momentum in our business as we enter 2026. Adding this property to our portfolio not only reinforces our strategic expansion in key UK locations but also deepens our long-term and successful partnership with Accor.”

In April 2024, RBH Hospitality Management was selected to operate The Foundry, a new boutique hotel in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The 20-bedroom property is located on the historic site of the original Harp Bar on Hill Street, which was formerly known as Foundry Lane and recognised for its pottery heritage.

It is the second Belfast-based hotel operated by RBH under Ducales Capital’s ownership.
