Red Sea Global Hospitality (RSGH) has decided to deploy SAS company IDeaS platform across its resort portfolio in Saudi Arabia to better manage their revenue strategy.
Under the exclusive service agreement, IDeaS will deploy its G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) and Optix platform.
Initially, the partnership will see IDeaS' system introduced at Shebara Resort on Sheybarah Island located in the Red Sea, Tabuk, and at Desert Rock Resort, which is situated inland from the Red Sea coastline.
These two properties offer a range of accommodation options, including beachfront villas, over-water accommodations, suites, and villas in desert and mountain settings.
Turtle Bay Hotel is also scheduled to adopt the technology in the near future. The hotel has previously received both Green Key certification and Mostadam Diamond Certification.
IDeaS Europe, Middle East & Africa principal sales director Ibrahim Saba said: “We are extremely proud to have been chosen by Red Sea Global as their enterprise-wide RMS partner of choice.
“Our selection was grounded in our ability to deliver accurate demand forecasting, support scalable, multi-property operations, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.”
The adoption of the IDeaS G3 RMS is intended to assist RSGH in managing room pricing and inventory more effectively through automated tools and forecasting.
The addition of the Optix platform will provide the company’s corporate team with access to reporting and analytics across its portfolio, aiming to support data-driven decision-making and track performance trends.
Red Sea Global Hospitality, hospitality revenue operations director Yazan Sabbagh said: “Technology is a key pillar at Red Sea Global Hospitality as we strive to uphold exceptional standards across our portfolio. We selected IDeaS G3 RMS to optimise the revenue performance of our distinctive villa inventory and properties.”
RSGH, a part of the Public Investment Fund portfolio, oversees hospitality assets in Saudi Arabia and operates in line with the sustainability objectives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
Red Sea Global recently partnered with Marriott International and Edition Hotels to open The Red Sea Edition hotel on Shura Island of Saudi Arabia.
