The refurbishment encompasses the entire 160-room hotel, offering redesigned guest suites, modernised public areas, and refreshed meeting spaces.
The property now also features new landscaping and an outdoor game lawn, creating a contemporary environment for business travellers, holidaymakers, and event attendees.

The redesign reflects Residence Inn's Neuhaus style, infused with a coastal theme that pays homage to Florida's “natural surroundings”.
The transformation of the former sports court into an activity lawn with games such as cornhole, mini golf, and giant Jenga offers guests recreational spaces.
Each suite is equipped with a kitchenette, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, with two-bedroom suites available for those travelling in groups or with family.
For business needs, the hotel offers 670ft² of adaptable event space suitable for executive meetings, team-building activities, or client presentations.
The updated facilities, complete with the latest technology and a contemporary design, can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
Additionally, the poolside and outdoor areas present alternative venues for corporate and social gatherings.
