SilverStone Inns selects Stayntouch for hotel franchising

SilverStone aims to deliver a high-return, low-friction alternative to traditional hotel franchising.

SilverStone Inns, a company offering a cost-efficient alternative to traditional hotel franchises, has selected Stayntouch as its exclusive cloud hotel property management system (PMS) partner.

This strategic partnership is set to cover SilverStone's entire portfolio, with two properties already operational on the Stayntouch platform.

SilverStone aims to convert six additional hotels within the next year and expand to 20 properties within two years.

Catering to hotel owners in the Pacific Northwest, the company's business model focuses on enhancing hotel branding and driving profitability for independent hotel owners by offering the advantages of a traditional brand, eliminating the high price and rigid needs.

The partnership with Stayntouch is an element in supporting this aim, as it will enhance operations, allow scalable growth, and offer a modern experience in all properties which are affiliated.

Stayntouch PMS will offer SilverStone franchise properties a range of advantages, including mobile kiosk and check-in solutions to reduce labour costs and check-in time, multi-property functionality for brand leaders to oversee performance, and fast onboarding.

The benefits also encompass revenue-generating upsells and flexible integrations with access to more than 1,200 solutions without additional expenses.
