Austrian hotel Stanglwirt has partnered with global technology group Shiji to upgrade its operations and improve guest experience with the latter’s Daylight PMS platform.
The agreement sees Stanglwirt replacing its previous legacy system with Shiji’s cloud-based solution, designed to consolidate guest information from multiple sources and optimise the booking process.
With this technology, Stanglwirt will be able to respond more effectively to industry developments.
Shiji sales PMS director Jan Mazur said: “Stanglwirt is an iconic hotel brand with an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. Daylight PMS will enable Stanglwirt to deliver unparalleled guest experiences while streamlining operations and future-proofing their technology stack.”
Stanglwirt chose Shiji’s Daylight PMS after seeking a system that could support the creation of in-depth guest profiles throughout its facilities.
The new platform is expected to help staff deliver customised experiences by aggregating data across all guest touchpoints.
By adopting the new platform, Stanglwirt gains access to ongoing support and international expertise from Shiji, ensuring the hotel can scale and adjust operations as needed.
Stanglwirt hotel director Daniel Campbell said: “At Stanglwirt, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class personalised experiences steeped in Austrian tradition. Partnering with Shiji allows us to honour that legacy while equipping our team with cutting-edge tools to meet the demands of modern luxury travellers.”
Established in 1722, Stanglwirt functions as an organic farm, wellness facility, and luxury resort in Austria.
Earlier this week, Shiji partnered with Meetingselect to deliver an integrated platform for booking meeting and event rooms within the hospitality industry.
