YY Group Holding subsidiary YY Circle Thailand has reached an agreement to provide staffing services for JW Marriott hotels across the country.
Under the agreement, YY Circle Thailand will deliver workforce solutions to support key hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, events, and back-of-house activities.
The partnership also aligns with YY Group’s broader strategy to grow its workforce solutions offering across sectors experiencing increased demand for flexible staffing.
YY Circle Thailand co-founder and country director Jirapat Haetanurak said: “Partnering with JW Marriott is an exciting milestone for our team, underscoring the confidence that leading global hospitality brands place in our people, capabilities, and technology-enabled approach to staffing.
“By combining YY Circle Thailand's local expertise with YY Group's broader resources, we are poised to drive further expansion in the Thai market.”
YY Circle Thailand, which joined YY Group earlier in the year, has since expanded its presence among major hotel brands in the region.
JW Marriott adds to the company’s existing list of international hotel clients such as Central Group, CP All, Shangri-La, Banyan Tree, Hyatt, and Sheraton.
The collaboration is also anticipated to add to YY Circle Thailand’s revenue pipeline for 2025 and subsequent years as the company continues to respond to shifting demand patterns within the hospitality sector.
YY Group Holding chief executive officer Mike Fu said: “We are proud to welcome JW Marriott to our expanding network of world-class hospitality partners in Thailand. This collaboration reflects the strength of our staffing platform and the value we bring to top-tier hotels that demand the highest levels of service consistency and workforce agility.
“YY Circle Thailand's ongoing success continues to boost YY Group's brand recognition and market presence across Southeast Asia, supporting our goal of delivering sustainable growth and shareholder value.”
Recently, YY Group entered an agreement with Keenon Robotics to deploy service robots within the hospitality sector in Southeast Asia.
