One of the main aims of the Grand Hyatt is to provide world class conference and convention facilities. Over 4,340m² of function space is designed to support a variety of demands. There are two ballrooms, the Baniyas Grand, which can hold up to 2,000 guests and the Al Ameera, which holds up to 800. They are both served by state-of-the-art multimedia facilities.

Media support comes in the form of a 24-hour business centre with digital communications technology, private workstations and a dedicated, multi-lingual conference and convention services team that will provide simultaneous translation and secretarial services.

LUXURY RESORT

The Grand Hyatt Dubai also aims to be a world-class resort. The hotel combines luxury facilities with innovative design and architecture. The hotel features 14 restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre, tennis courts and a leisure garden. This is set amongst ambitious water features, waterfalls and tropical landscaped gardens, whilst overlooking the dramatic Dubai skyline.

The restaurants are supported by 20 kitchens and more than 350 staff from all over the world. Restaurants include the Panorama Coffee Shop, and the Dhaba Restaurant (with heavy wood furniture and North Indian cuisine amid live folk dancing and singing). The hotel entertainment facilities also include Jimmy Jordan’s Iceberg Discotheque (an ice-themed disco).
