Hyatt Hotels has opened Hyatt Regency Lisbon, along the banks of the Tagus River situated in Belém, Portugal.

The hotel has 204 guestrooms including 105 suites that have modern interiors and high-end finishings, with some featuring balcony views over the river.

These rooms bring forward calming blues and blends of oak wood, inspired by the Portuguese discoveries and the modern influences of Lisbon.

Each room will feature river fall showers.

Varying from queen bedrooms to the Regency 3 Bedroom Suite with its own private balcony and distinct living room with dining area, each room offers the latest technology, in-room amenities, and high-speed internet access to guests.

Guests have access to its on-site spa, managed by ‘Serenity – The Art of Well Being’.

There are four restaurants and bars, one of them offering Portuguese foods and beverages.

The grand-café style VISEVERSA restaurant and bar offers a variety of locally produced food all day.

The hotel is also close to the Lisbon Congress Center, and with beaches, train stations and the city’s airport all easily accessible by public transport.

The hotel features six meeting areas that have up to 420m2 of function space which can be transformed to suit a range of set-ups.

The 220m2 chief meeting room can be separated into four large boardrooms which offer 42m2 of space each, with a modern, flexible layout that can be altered to meet the requirement of any event.

Guests can also use the well-equipped gym and two fitness classes, which also have membership programmes.
