IHG Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Danish real estate company Proark, has unveiled plans for the Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée near Disneyland Paris in France.
The hotel is slated for completion in the latter half of 2026 and is set to enhance IHG’s leisure offerings with a prime location.

The establishment will feature 250 rooms and provide a range of amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wellness area, two dining venues, a social space, and a bar.
Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée will also cater to events and conferences, offering extensive meeting spaces, including a versatile ballroom.

The Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée will become part of IHG’s expanding network that includes more than 90 operational Crowne Plaza hotels across Europe, with an additional 17 projects underway.
Last month, IHG, in collaboration with Felix Capital, revealed revised plans for the upcoming Crowne Plaza establishment in Maroochydore, Australia, which marks a strategic shift from the original concept of voco Maroochydore.
