ALH now operates Shiji technology at various locations such as DoubleTree Galveston Beach, Embassy Suites Houston Downtown, Hilton Houston Westchase, and Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge Suites Houston Galleria, among others.
The recently acquired Hilton Houston Westchase, a property with 275 rooms in Texas, integrated Infrasys POS Move earlier this year to increase mobility within food and beverage (F&B) operations.
By using Infrasys POS as a central point-of-sale system, ALH has unified management across a range of outlets and brands within its portfolio.
The most recent implementation of Infrasys POS Move enables staff to process orders and payments directly with guests throughout different areas of each property.

Shiji Americas senior vice-president Ryan King said: “American Liberty Hospitality is a forward-thinking hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of properties and complex F&B demands.
“By deploying Infrasys POS Move all-in-one solution alongside and Stellaris Digital Dine, they’re creating a hybrid model that combines enterprise stability with mobile agility, allowing staff to flex with demand and focus on delivering outstanding guest service.”
The integration is designed to maintain consistent reporting and operational standards equivalent to traditional point-of-sale terminals while supporting the company’s ongoing growth strategy.
According to Shiji, staff can now send orders instantly to kitchens and bars while closing payments on-site, which has contributed to reducing operational delays and improving service speed.
American Liberty Hospitality corporate F&B manager Jason Kaminski said: “The hybrid setup of Infrasys POS Move all-in-one has given us the flexibility to scale service where it’s needed most.
“We’ve seen speed and efficiency gains across the board, from completing transactions at the guest’s first point of contact to making database changes remotely thanks to the cloud-based system.”
Earlier this month, New Hotel Collection implemented Shiji’s Daylight PMS system at all of its hotels as part of a new partnership.
