With the integration of Chorum property management system (PMS) and the Allegro Cloud self-service platform of Ariane through Jonas application resource connector (ARC), hotels will be able to automate front-desk tasks and enhance guest satisfaction.

Additionally, hoteliers can offer guests options such as check-in and check-out via kiosk or online, real-time information updates, submit payments directly at the kiosk with postings to Chorum PMS, and look up existing reservations at kiosks.

This collaboration is part of the growing Jonas Hospitality portfolio.

It aims to connect specialised hospitality solutions with all-in-one platforms, aligning with Jonas Chorum’s goal to help hotels improve operations.
