Hospitality operating system provider Mews has secured $300m in a Series D funding round led by EQT Growth.
The round also saw participation from new investors Atomico and HarbourVest Partners, alongside existing backers Kinnevik, Battery Ventures, and Tiger Global.

The latest investment values the hospitality operating system provider at $2.5bn.
Mews reported a 55% rise in SaaS [software as as service] gross profit over the past year and a customer base of 15,000 spread across 85 countries.
During 2025, more than 132,000 monthly active hotel professionals used the platform to process 42.3 million reservations, including 3.2 million through its self-service kiosk.
The company’s yearly platform transaction volume reached $19.7bn while its proprietary Mews Spaces feature generated an additional $537m in revenue for hoteliers from over two million non-room bookings.

By GlobalDataMews stated that the new capital will support further investments in AI systems to automate operations and assist hotels in managing workflows and scaling business operations.
Mews CEO Matt Welle said: “With EQT Growth joining in addition to new investors Atomico and HarbourVest, we have the backing to continue moving faster than anyone else in the industry.
“We are engineering an operating system that is changing how hoteliers interact with their guests.”
Expansion plans include strengthening Mews Payments and related fintech offerings to integrate commerce within hotel operations, as well as broadening its reach in North America, Europe and new international markets.

The investment follows Mews’ acquisition of AI analytics platform DataChat, marking the company’s 14th acquisition to date.
Completion of this funding round remains subject to regulatory closing conditions.
