Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement for the Radisson RED Hotel Queenstown, further extending its lifestyle brand presence in New Zealand.
The new-build, 221-room hotel is scheduled to open in early 2028 and follows the upcoming launch of Radisson RED Auckland.

Radisson RED Hotel Queenstown will offer 221 rooms, including four deluxe rooms and five suites.
Amenities will feature a rooftop bar with terrace views of the surrounding mountains, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a modern gym, and two flexible meeting rooms for small events.
Developed by Redwood Group, the property will be located in a precinct that will add retail, a supermarket, and additional dining concepts.
Guests will have views of neighbouring mountain ranges, Lake Wakatipu, and Coronet Peak. The site is adjacent to a recreation reserve targeted for development into a community park and is a 15-minute drive from Coronet Peak’s ski lift.

The opening follows Radisson Hotel Group’s growth strategy across the Asia Pacific, with recent signings in Australia and Fiji and further regional expansion planned through 2028.
Last month, Radisson Hotel Group announced the opening of Chateau de Bangkok under its brand in the Ploen Chit district.
