The new Hopewell site aims to accommodate a wide range of extended-stay guests by providing convenience, security, and modern amenities.
Its location near Fort Gregg-Adams, which hosts training for more than 70,000 military personnel each year, positions the hotel to serve service members and their families.
The site is also within a four-mile drive of TriCities Hospital and is close to Virginia State University, providing solutions for healthcare professionals and university visitors.
This development supports LivAway Suites’ approach to growth in high-demand markets across the US. The brand continues to follow its model centred on innovative design and technology-driven operations within the extended-stay segment.
