Saudi Arabia’s Rixos Murjana resort has opened in King Abdullah Economic City, developed in collaboration with the Tourism Development Fund (TDF), Emaar Economic City and FTG Development.
The launch event was attended by Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Rixos Hotels board chairman Fettah Tamince, and TDF CEO Qusai Al-Fakhri.

The resort provides 488 rooms and suites, as well as 33 villas, designed to accommodate families and leisure travellers. It also offers wellness and hospitality amenities, as well as a fitness centre, conference facilities, and meeting spaces.
The project is expected to create 250 job opportunities for Saudis.
Club Privé by Rixos offers exclusive villas with a butler service and overwater options. Exclusive access is provided to a private Club House and Beach Club for Club Privé guests.
