US-based hotel and resort management group Peregrine Hospitality has acquired The Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel, expanding its presence in Northern California’s drive-to-leisure market.
The company now owns and operates 57 hotels and resorts across the US, managing properties with a combined portfolio value of $2.5bn.

The Lodge at Tiburon is set on three acres with stunning views of San Francisco Bay and features 104 rooms, many of which include private balconies.
Facilities include a fitness centre, an outdoor heated pool with cabanas, and an open-air lounge. The property provides 10,000ft² of meeting space, including 5,000ft² indoor space.
It is situated within walking distance to the San Francisco Bay ferry terminal and offers access to local trails and nearby attractions such as Angel Island State Park and Muir Woods National Monument.
The hotel is located 30 miles from San Francisco International Airport and 38 miles from Oakland Airport.
