Brand Engagement Network (BEN) has introduced its AI Concierge system in a limited release to selected guests at Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin in Yerevan, Armenia.
The move follows earlier development and integration phases that began after BEN and the resort announced their partnership in May 2025.

The AI Concierge now operates within a controlled group of rooms at The Dvin, providing guests with access to hotel services and information through QR codes and integrated messaging platforms.
This live deployment connects directly to the hotel’s internal workflows, allowing guest interactions to initiate services such as room service, housekeeping, and bookings for spa or restaurant reservations. Hotel departments receive these requests directly for fulfilment.
During this initial release, both BEN and The Dvin are gathering operational data by monitoring guest interactions to refine service processes and evaluate the performance of the AI system.
BEN co-founder and CEO Tyler Luck said: “Our AI is designed to operate within enterprise environments — securely activating an organisation’s own systems, rules, and workflows to deliver real outcomes while preserving the human experience that defines luxury service.”

Staff validation and internal testing preceded this launch, ensuring that the AI was ready for guest-facing deployment.
According to BEN, implementing the system is intended to help streamline service delivery by managing multiple requests simultaneously, which may enable staff to focus on more complex guest needs.
The Dvin supervisory board creator, president, and chairman Artak Tovmasyan said: “Introducing The Dvin’s AI Concierge, powered by BEN, into live guest interactions reflects our commitment to innovation while preserving the human-cantered experience that defines our brand.”
BEN’s deployment at this site marks its first operational use within the hospitality industry and forms part of a broader global strategy targeting sectors with high service demands.
