Meliá Hotels International has announced the opening of Hotel President Budapest, an addition to its Affiliated by Meliá network from 23 March, marking the company’s entry into Hungary.

The 152-room, four-star property is centrally located near the Danube, the Parliament and St Stephen’s Basilica.

Hotel President Budapest is housed in a building featuring an Art Deco façade. The rooftop terrace offers views over Budapest’s skyline. Guest rooms are designed for comfort and provide city views.

Meliá plans a transformation of the hotel over the next three years, converting it into an INNSiDE by Meliá property, one of its lifestyle-focused brands.

The future INNSiDE Budapest site aims to introduce modern aesthetics and flexible social spaces to guests.
