It provides access to Luke Air Force Base, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, professional sports venues, and Glendale’s downtown district and targets guests needing convenience for longer stays.
According to LivAway Suites, the site differs from retrofitted hotels as it is constructed specifically for extended stays, offering residential-style suites.
The Glendale launch is the brand’s second hotel in Arizona. Plans are underway for three more openings in the state before the end of this year.
The company is also advancing a pipeline of national projects as part of a fully integrated platform that combines brand operations, construction, development and property management.

Last month, LivAway Suites commenced construction of a property in Hopewell, marking its first hotel in Virginia.
The move marks the company’s entry into the commonwealth and represents a further step in LivAway Suites’ Virginia hotel development as part of its ongoing East Coast expansion.
