This development aims to make video features available for properties across different market segments within Aven’s network.
Hovr currently works with major hotel and travel companies to provide technology that assists guests in making decisions through video content.
By working with Hovr, Aven Hospitality will offer its partner hotels an opportunity to present videos at the final stage of guest bookings.
Both companies state that integration is intended to expand the video options available on Aven Hospitality’s global hotel booking platform.
Aven Hospitality’s product management distribution head Ethan Wiseman said: “At Aven Hospitality, we continue to stay at the forefront of technology trends and strive to meet the dynamic needs of our partners and their customers in a rapidly evolving industry.
“By embracing Hovr’s cutting-edge technology, we surpass expectations, providing our clients and their guests with technology that inspires, engages and converts.”
The new feature is available for all properties that use Aven’s systems and seeks to support commercial teams and guests by providing informative visual content during online bookings.
Hovr CEO Jason Craparo said: “Our partnership with Aven Hospitality is a testament to our shared vision of addressing these evolving needs.
“By integrating Hovr into Aven’s booking engine, we empower hotels to provide their guests with seamless and convenient video deployment, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.”
