Australia-based hospitality company RMS has announced a new integration with GuestRevu, a guest feedback and reputation management platform.
The partnership enables hospitality operators to automate the collection of guest feedback by linking GuestRevu directly with reservation and guest-profile data in the RMS platform.

Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
Surveys are sent to guests at various points during their stay, including before arrival, during their visit, and after departure.
GuestRevu then compiles collected responses into reporting dashboards, allowing operators to monitor sentiment, identify patterns, and access AI-generated insights for informed decision-making.
The integration aims to address the need for timely and consistent feedback capture in the hospitality sector, as many businesses continue to manage guest input using manual or isolated methods.
The combined system is now available to RMS customers worldwide.
GuestRevu founder and CEO Chris Alexandre said: “Hoteliers have so much tech available to them, but they’re increasingly looking to work smarter with the systems they already use, meaning integrations like this become increasingly important.
“By integrating with RMS, we’re making it easier for hoteliers to capture meaningful guest insight throughout the journey so they can spot opportunities sooner, address issues faster, and make more confident decisions that improve both the guest experience and business performance.”
RMS’ chief product officer Cameron Gough said: “By integrating with GuestRevu, we’re helping operators capture feedback at the right moments and turn it into something immediately useful, whether that’s resolving an issue during a stay or improving performance over time.”
Earlier this year, RMS integrated with smart access solutions provider Salto to improve access management in the hospitality sector.
The collaboration streamlines reservation management and access control in a single system, eliminating inefficiencies caused by switching between multiple platforms.
Using Salto’s cloud-based Salto KS solution, the integration enables RMS users to issue digital mobile keys directly from the reservation interface.
