German hotel group ATLANTIC Hotels has implemented IDeaS’ revenue management platform at its forthcoming Frankfurt/Main property, scheduled to open in mid-2026.
The hotel group seeks to improve its pricing and inventory strategies by using IDeaS’ AI-based G3 RMS system as it prepares to expand in the German market.

Situated in the Sparda-Bank Tower, the new hotel will feature 373 rooms and suites spanning 20 floors, seven conference rooms, and direct access to Messe Frankfurt.
By integrating the G3 RMS system, ATLANTIC Hotels plans to monitor property performance data and adapt to market changes, aiming for more accurate forecasts and business-mix decisions.
The group intends for the technology to facilitate automated revenue recommendations, reduce manual pricing work, and support its approach to dynamic demand patterns from the outset of operations.
ATLANTIC Hotels is headquartered in Bremen and operates 20 hotels with more than 2,500 rooms across Germany and Austria.
As part of the Zech Group, ATLANTIC follows a vertically integrated structure covering development, ownership and operations.
The decision to expand its existing relationship with IDeaS aligns with the company’s strategy to maintain performance standards while growing its presence in both business and leisure travel markets.
The partnership marks another step in ATLANTIC Hotels’ expansion strategy.
ATLANTIC Hotels revenue director Peter Gärtner said: “As we prepare to open our new Frankfurt property, it is important for us to have a revenue management solution in place that supports informed, strategic decision-making from the outset.”
The use of data-driven revenue management tools is intended to strengthen commercial outcomes for the new flagship location and sustain long-term growth across the broader portfolio.
In January, IDeaS introduced Rate Data Advantage, a tool designed to help hospitality operators assess market performance and guide revenue decisions.
