IHG Hotels & Resorts has entered a management agreement with NCPL to develop Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba, a 100-room property scheduled to open in early 2030.
The forthcoming hotel will be situated in Kadamba, Panaji, providing guests with access to several of the city’s prominent sites such as the Fontainhas Latin Quarter, Mandovi River Promenade, and Dona Paula. It is also near the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Churches and Convents of Goa.

Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba caters to both leisure and business travellers year-round, with five food and beverage outlets.
Additional facilities will include three meeting and event spaces, a ballroom, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, and parking spaces.

IHG currently manages 51 hotels in India under brands, including Crowne Plaza, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Resort, Six Senses, and voco.
The company has an additional 89 hotels slated to open over the next three to five years.
The introduction of Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba marks another step in IHG’s ongoing expansion in key leisure markets across India.

Earlier this month, IHG Hotels & Resorts launched Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Takhassusi in the Al Olaya district, expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia.
