RBH Hospitality Management has secured a contract to operate two Staybridge Suites hotels in Liverpool and Newcastle, adding a total of 260 rooms to its UK portfolio.
ParkProperty Europe, along with local asset manager Maya Capital, appointed RBH to manage the 128-room Staybridge Suites Newcastle and the 132-room Staybridge Suites Liverpool.

These new agreements extend RBH’s collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, bringing the total number of IHG-branded rooms under the company’s management to more than 2,500 across 19 UK sites.
The Liverpool property represents the third hotel managed by RBH in the city, while the Newcastle signing marks the company’s return to that regional market.
RBH CEO David Hart said: “These signings are a clear reflection of our ambition to continue growing as a business and the strength of our enterprise.
“This is an exciting period for RBH, and these new signings reinforce our ability to operate high-quality hotels and serviced apartment properties in key UK locations, while also strengthening our valued partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts.”
With growth in demand for extended-stay accommodation and apartment-style amenities, RBH continues to develop its presence in this segment.
The contracts also increase RBH’s portfolio of serviced apartments, which already includes locations in Dundee, Edinburgh, London, and Middlesbrough.
ParkProperty Europe investment managing director Jan-Hendrik Walloch said: “Following the acquisition of the Staybridge Suites in Liverpool and Newcastle at the end of last year, we are pleased to have secured RBH Hospitality Management as our new operator.
“Alongside our local asset manager, Maya Capital, we are looking forward to a strong and fruitful partnership.”
RBH currently oversees operations at over 50 hotels across the UK. Its managed assets encompass both chain-affiliated and independent hotels, covering a range of categories from luxury and upscale venues to midscale hotels and serviced apartments.
In January, RBH assumed management of the Ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile hotel, adding to its presence in Edinburgh and expanding its partnership with Accor.
