Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort has officially opened, following an $80m transformation that positions it as the latest addition to the Signia by Hilton portfolio.
The property, located in Hollywood Beach, South Florida, US, completed its transformation following Trinity Investments’ acquisition in 2023.

The renovation focused on modernising public areas and dining venues in order to reinforce the resort’s capacity to host large-scale events in line with Signia by Hilton’s standards.
The redevelopment includes a redesigned lobby, which now accommodates social and working activities, alongside The Verandah, an expanded outdoor oceanfront space. This area features new facilities such as the Solara Infinity Pool, Grand Lagoon Pool, and an adults-only Verandah Social Club.
The venue also provides a new oceanfront jacuzzi, upgraded cabanas and daybeds, as well as 1,000 linear feet of semi-private beach.
Adjacent to these enhancements, the newly introduced Horizon Lawn offers an outdoor setting for events, activities and live shows.
Dining has been a focal point of the resort’s changes, with six revamped venues now offering a range of cuisine throughout the day. These include Palmea Kitchen, The Press, Playa, Solara, and Diplomat Prime.
Club Signia, a new addition located on the 33rd floor, provides an exclusive experience for guests in premium rooms and selected Hilton Honors members.
The club offers dedicated services, multiple food presentations during the day and access to exclusive amenities from an indoor and outdoor lounge space.
The Verandah Social Club serves as an adults-only outdoor pool area. The facility offers ocean views, private locker rooms, beach seating and spa services, as well as discounted access to the Kids Club Day Camp and parking.

The hotel, first opened in 1958 as The Diplomat, has played host to a wide range of events over its history.
The resort offers more than 200,000ft² of meeting spaces, including the 50,000ft² Great Hall, and several ballrooms.
Additional amenities include the Diplomat Spa + Wellness, complimentary recreational activities and fitness classes.
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the property remains accessible to both cities and nearby airports.
