Hersha Hotels & Resorts has appointed Davidson Hospitality Group to manage Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection in Miami Beach, Florida, US.

The oceanfront resort comprises 357 rooms and was initially opened in 1940, designed by architect Roy France.

It features two pools, four food & beverage venues, a fitness centre, and more than 6,200ft² of indoor-outdoor event space. 

Plans for a phased renovation in 2026 and 2027 will include updates to public spaces and guestrooms, under the management of Davidson.

The Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club consists of two towers. The original 14-storey tower, established at the northern end, is complemented by an eight-storey addition from 1956.

Davidson’s presence in the Greater Miami area includes operations at several other properties such as Eden Roc Miami Beach, Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

Other properties include Nobu Hotel Miami Beach and Royal Palm South Beach Miami, with The Singer Oceanfront Resort and The Sunny Miami Sunny Isles Beach set to open in 2026.

The full-service hospitality management company consists of 87 existing hotels and resorts; over 230 restaurants, bars, and lounges; and 1.4 million square feet of meeting space across the US, Europe, and the Caribbean.

In a separate recent development, Davidson has assumed management of the Homestead Midway Utah resort, under Davidson Resorts.
