US software company Spotnana has launched a direct integration with budget hotel chain Travelodge, allowing its travel management company (TMC) partners to access the latter’s portfolio of more than 600 properties across the UK and Ireland.
This integration enables TMC partners to provide corporate clients with access to a variety of Travelodge rates. These include Saver rates, which are non-refundable and non-transferable, as well as fully refundable and flexible rates.
Discover B2B Marketing That Performs
Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
It extends to features such as detailed hotel information, images, amenity data, parking details, and content updates on a weekly basis.
The direct connection also allows for self-service booking changes, instant invoicing for pre-paid bookings, and the ability for travellers to purchase add-ons such as early check-in, late check-out, Wi-Fi, and breakfast at the point of booking.
Invoices are sent directly to the travellers’ email addresses through their profiles, streamlining payment processes and reducing the need for pay-on-arrival transactions.
Travelodge operates in business travel hubs within the UK and Ireland with more than 47,000 rooms available.
Partners using Spotnana Cloud for TMCs can customise Travelodge offerings based on client travel policies, deciding which rates and booking options are accessible to their clients.
The integration aims to provide TMCs and their corporate customers with more comprehensive hotel content and direct rates, addressing historic challenges of limited data through indirect distribution channels.
Travelodge sales director Nick Jacobs said: “Partnering with Spotnana allows us to bring Travelodge to even more business travellers through their network of TMCs, all while keeping the booking experience straightforward.
“As one of our first integrations, this partnership showcases our full range of rooms, backed by the streamlined payment and invoicing that modern business travel demands.”
Spotnana continues to develop direct relationships with travel providers to improve the corporate travel experience for all involved parties.
Last month, Spotnana introduced a direct integration with Premier Inn, enabling its TMC partners to access the hotel chain’s network of more than 900 properties in Europe.
