The hotel stands neighbouring Infopark Kochi within the city’s IT corridor, offering a location that connects business travellers to Infopark, SmartCity, and other commercial zones.

It features 218 rooms and suites equipped with workspaces, smart televisions, and high-speed wireless access and is situated approximately 45 minutes from Cochin International Airport.

Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark provides more than 8,000ft² of meeting and event facilities across four venues.

It features four dining outlets and leisure amenities that include a rooftop infinity pool, a fitness centre, and a spa.

The hotel’s location gives guests access to Kochi’s transport points, shopping areas, and notable sites such as Fort Kochi, Thrikkakara Temple and the Dutch Palace.

BHVL managing director Nirupa Shankar said: “The transition of our hotel to Courtyard by Marriott reflects our focus on upgrading assets in strong business locations with brands that align with evolving guest expectations.

“This strengthens our portfolio in Kochi and reinforces our long-term commitment to high-quality hospitality assets.”

The property participates in the Marriott Bonvoy travel programme, which enables guests to earn and redeem points at the new hotel and others in the Marriott network.

Marriott International South Asia senior vice-president Kiran Andicot said: “As the Infopark area continues to grow as a significant commercial hub, we see strong potential to serve travellers seeking a stay experience that is both efficient and comfortable.

“Courtyard by Marriott is purpose-built for this environment, with well-designed stays that prioritise comfort, connectivity and efficiency.”

Last month, Hyatt Hotels entered management agreements with BHVL and BCV Developers for two Indian properties, Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli and Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR.
