This space provides private check-in and check-out, as well as amenities that include breakfast, afternoon tea, evening bites, and after-dinner drinks, all overseen by a concierge team reserved for Club Floor guests.

The Club Floor has undergone a redesign led by New York-based design company Meyer Davis.

The Club Lounge environment aims to establish a private, residential atmosphere for guests, with seating areas and views of the surrounding landscape.

Guest rooms and suites on the Club Floor have been structured to allow for different activities, with separate living, sleeping, and relaxation spaces.

Later this year, Four Seasons Resort Maui plans to continue its property-wide updates, which will include refreshed guest accommodations and new features such as The Queen’s Garden.

Other planned additions include a grab-and-go dining outlet by Pantry by Madhappy and the introduction of a new spa and wellness centre.

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea general manager Konrad Gstrein said: “The Club Floor represents the Resort’s commitment to exceptional, personalised service in its most refined form.

“The thoughtfully designed spaces allow our dedicated team to anticipate each guest’s unique needs—whether arranging a private dinner on your lanai or greeting you in the lounge each morning with your preferred coffee.”

The Club Floor launch represents the start of a broader transformation for the resort.

In December 2025, Four Seasons announced that it aims to open a new beachfront hotel on Leblon Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
