Connect AI was designed to make hotels discoverable and bookable via AI agents, and the integration of Hotelrank.ai adds real-time analytics, offering insights into hotels’ rankings and competitive positioning within AI platforms.

Lighthouse CEO Sean Fitzpatrick said: “Hoteliers have spent years optimising for discovery and conversion funnels. The next wave of innovation is about agentic discovery and conversion where hotels can reshape their growth strategy.”

Hotelrank.ai addresses the previously non-existent challenge of understanding AI recommendations for hotels.

The platform performs structured queries across AI models, monitors hotel rankings and citations, and analyses competitive standing. This provides hotels with data on their AI visibility scores, perception attributes, and booking link distribution between direct bookings and online travel agencies (OTAs).

The combined capability of Connect AI and Hotelrank.ai will allow hotels to monitor their AI visibility, optimise direct bookings, and benchmark against competitors.

By analysing how properties appear across platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini, hotels can track visibility scores and adjust strategies to increase direct bookings.

They can also compare rankings and perception scores against competition, ensuring properties are accurately represented across AI channels.

Hotelrank.ai co-founder Nicolas Sitter said: “AI is becoming one of the most important discovery channels in hospitality, and hotels need the same level of analytics and optimisation they have for every other channel.

“Joining Lighthouse means we can deliver that at a scale and depth no standalone tool could achieve. Together, we’re building the definitive platform for hotels to win in AI-powered travel.”

In March 2026, Lighthouse rolled out Review Agent, a new tool that aggregates guest feedback from Booking.com and Expedia into a unified dashboard for hotel operators.
