The first deployment will be at a 270-room hotel, affiliated with one of the world’s ten largest hotel companies. The hotel is adopting SalesCloser’s AI voice agent technology to automate after-hours room service operations.

SalesCloser’s AI voice agents are currently being integrated with the beachfront resort’s point-of-sale (POS) system in a project intended to automate the night-time room service workflow.

Orders placed by guests after hours will be handled by AI agents, who respond to calls and capture order information, such as items, modifications, room number, and timing.

These details are then input directly into the kitchen’s order system through a connection with the Oracle Hospitality POS platform. This approach aims to enable end-to-end processing of overnight room service requests without manual intervention by staff.

SalesCloser states that the deployment is designed to maintain around-the-clock coverage for guests and provide quicker responses to late-night service requests.

It is also intended to alleviate staffing requirements during overnight hours while maintaining order accuracy and service standards.

The company indicated that this deployment serves as an example of how its technology can be used in operational contexts beyond the sales functions for which it was initially developed.

According to SalesCloser, guest-facing hospitality services such as reservations, room service, concierge operations, front desk overflow, and after-hours enquiries have similar requirements to its primary use case in sales.

These requirements include the need for voice interactions, multilingual support, and integration with enterprise record systems.

SalesCloser intends to utilise this initial rollout as a reference point as it explores further opportunities in the hotel, resort, and broader hospitality sectors.
