US-based Aven Hospitality has announced the launch of its redesigned booking engine, making it available to selected hotel partners, including properties managed by Navarino Services.
The company said the new SynXis system-powered platform intends to streamline the online booking process for hotels and guests.

Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
The booking engine is directly embedded within hotel websites, enabling guests to reserve rooms without redirection to third-party platforms. This integration is designed to reduce booking abandonment and preserve brand continuity for hotels.
Early adoption of the platform has been reported by Navarino Services.
Navarino Services CEO Richard Duff said: “In the first month of our properties being live on Aven’s new Booking Engine pilot, we’ve already seen revenue growth of over 30% with no additional demand-generating activity in play — and we’re seeing immediate impact on both our team and guests, without the typical complexity that comes with an upgrade.
“Aven is building more than technology. What’s even more exciting is what’s coming next — the modernised retailing functionalities, seamless AI-driven intelligence and future-focused commerce vision have huge potential for us.”
Aven Hospitality described several features of its new booking engine, including dynamic displays of rooms and rates, a flexible digital cart, and a responsive design to accommodate various devices.
The company claimed these enhancements deliver page load speeds more than three times faster than previous versions and allow hotels to tailor the booking experience to their own requirements.
The platform provides straightforward integration with Aven Hospitality’s payment services and external vendor solutions.
This enables hotels to offer additional options such as Buy Now, Pay Later payment choices, trip protection products, and other services directly within the booking flow.
These features are intended to support higher conversion rates and enhance guest confidence.
Future updates are planned, including a redesigned tool for hotel partners and deeper integration with payment systems.
The rollout is ongoing, and the company stated that existing Aven Hospitality customers interested in further information can contact their account managers.
In March, Aven Hospitality partnered with Hovr to integrate video technology within its hotel booking engine.
